Email support@developertreasures.com. A person reads it, usually the same day and always within two business days.
You do not need to contact us. In the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your sign-in, your profile, your own lists, your votes and your comments are removed; the Privacy Policy explains exactly what is erased and the one thing that is not — content you added to someone else's list stays in their list, detached from your name.
If you cannot get into the app to do it, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Email support@developertreasures.com from the address on your account and ask for an export. We will send a machine-readable copy of your account and content within 30 days.
Use the report control in the app on the list, item or comment in question — that is the fastest route, because it tells us exactly what you are reporting. You can also email support@developertreasures.com with a description and, if you have one, a link. We review every report and act on the ones that break our Terms of Service, typically within one business day. Content that is seriously harmful comes down immediately.
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
FigureAte syncs when the app is open and online. Open it on both devices, check you are signed in to the same account, and pull to refresh. If a list still has not arrived after a minute with a working connection, tell us.
Session links open in the FigureAte app. Install the app, sign in, and tap the link again. Voting from a web browser without the app is not supported yet.
Free accounts can hold a limited number of shared and public lists and run a limited number of sessions each month. Private lists and the items inside any list are unlimited. Paid tiers raise the limits.
Tell us what you were doing when it happened and which iPhone and app version you are on (Profile → Settings shows the version). Crash reports reach us automatically, but knowing what you were trying to do is what makes them useful.
