FigureAte

Terms of Service

Effective 20 October 2026.

In one line. FigureAte is a tool for making lists and deciding things as a group. Be decent to other people, do not post things that are illegal or abusive, and understand that we provide the service as-is and can remove content or accounts that break these rules.

1. Who you are agreeing with

These terms are an agreement between you and Developer Treasures LLC. By creating an account or using FigureAte you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Give us accurate information, and keep your email address current so we can reach you.

3. What FigureAte does

FigureAte lets you create lists, share them with other people, and run voting sessions to reach a group decision. Features change over time. We may add, alter or withdraw features, and where a change is significant we will tell you.

4. Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you create in FigureAte. You grant us a licence to store, copy, transmit and display it for the purpose of operating the service — for example, showing your shared list to the people you invited, or your public list to anyone browsing. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for the copies described in our Privacy Policy (content you contributed to other people's lists, and backups that age out).

You are responsible for having the right to post what you post, including any photo you upload.

5. Rules for using FigureAte

You may not use FigureAte to post, share or promote content that:

You also may not probe, scrape or overload the service, try to reach data that is not yours, or use automated means to create accounts.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content. We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that breaks these rules, and we may do so without notice where the content is seriously harmful. To report something, use the report control in the app or email support@developertreasures.com; we review reports and act on them, typically within one business day.

6. Other people's content

Public lists, comments and display names are created by other users, not by us. We do not endorse them and we are not responsible for them. If something is wrong, report it.

7. Search results from third parties

When you add an item from a web search, the name, description and image come from a third-party provider and belong to that provider or its contributors. We pass them through for your convenience; their accuracy is not ours to guarantee, and their own terms may apply to reuse.

8. Paid subscriptions

FigureAte is free to use with limits on how many shared and public lists you can hold and how many sessions you can run. Paid tiers raise those limits. If you buy a subscription, you buy it through the app store on your device: the store takes the payment, the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and you cancel or manage it in your store account settings rather than with us. Prices may change with notice; refunds are governed by the store's policy, not ours.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using FigureAte and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing would create a risk for us or other users. If we terminate your account without cause, you may request a copy of your data.

10. No warranty

FigureAte is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will suit a particular purpose. Do not rely on it as the only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Developer Treasures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of FigureAte. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and the courts of the State of California, USA have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use FigureAte after that means you accept the new terms.
