FigureAte

Decide together

Everybody has the list. Nobody has the decision. FigureAte keeps your lists — restaurants, films, trips, anything — and turns any of them into a vote your whole group takes from their own phones.

How it works

  1. Make a list. Keep it private, share it with a group, or publish it for anyone to browse. Add places, films, books and music by searching the web from inside the app.
  2. Start a session. Pick the list, or just the part of it you care about, and choose how to decide: swipe to find what everyone said yes to, rank your top few, or spin the wheel and let it be settled.
  3. Send the link. Everyone votes on their own phone and watches the result arrive live. Set a deadline and it closes itself.

Three ways to decide

Swipe — everyone swipes yes or no privately. The items everybody said yes to are your matches. Best when you want the option nobody objects to.

Rank — everyone orders their top few. Points are awarded by position and the highest total wins. Best when the group has real preferences rather than vetoes.

Spin — one item, chosen at random, the same on every screen. Best when the argument has gone on long enough.
